SHOPLAZZA is a commerce platform that provides the tools and technology for merchants to set up an online store and sell products and services on their own website, This Acceptable Use Policy ( "AUP" ) describes activities that are prohibited in connection with your use of the Services.
The following activities are prohibited:
Child exploitation : You may not offer goods or services, or post or upload Materials that exploit or abuse children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present child in a sexual manner.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up and using the Retasmart, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
As used in these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Retasmart” means the applicable Retasamrt Contracting Party: Retasmart Inc, a California limited liability company, located at 407 W DUARTE ROAD UNIT 3, ARCADIA, CA 91007.
2. Service Description
Retasmart provides a cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) service (the “Services”). The Services is designed to facilitate retail transactions, inventory management, digital marketing, customer relationship management and other related functions.
The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Shoplazza Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Xefin Global Inc, organized under the laws of the State of California, with offices at 407 W Duarte Rd, Unit 3, Arcadia, California 91007. Xefin Global Inc and Shoplazza Corp. may be referred to individually or collectively as “Shoplazza”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as this Agreement may require.
Our Role The Shoplazza Payments service (“Shoplazza Payments” or the “Payments Services”) is a:
(i) payment account boarding;
(ii) payment underwriting; and,
(iii) payment data transmission service that helps you integrate with a payment processor (the “Processor”), as described more fully in this Agreement. The Payments Services may also apply to your use of point-of-sale equipment (“POS Equipment”), subject to availability and to your election to procure the same. The definitions listed below ("AUP Definitions") apply to SHOPLAZZA Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). SHOPLAZZA reserves the right to update and change the AUP Definitions at any time.
